Introduction

What eksis does, which networks it reaches, and where to start.

eksis keeps your social accounts in one workspace. You write a post once, pick the channels it goes to, and schedule it on a calendar. Comments and direct messages from those channels arrive in one inbox, automations can answer them for you, and Analytics shows how each post did.

These guides walk through the app screen by screen, without code. To work from your own code or an AI assistant instead, see the REST API and the MCP server.

What you can do

  • Connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Pinterest, and DEV Community accounts to one workspace.
  • Write a post in one composer, then adjust it per channel: a YouTube title, who can watch on TikTok, the Pinterest board.
  • Schedule it, add it to the queue, or publish it now, and move it later by dragging it on the calendar.
  • Answer comments and direct messages in the inbox, with saved replies and a teammate assigned to each conversation.
  • Let automations reply, like, hide, or send a DM when a comment or message arrives.
  • Read reach, engagement, and follower growth per post and per channel, and export it to CSV or Excel.
  • Invite your team with roles, and have a contributor's posts approved before they go out.

Start here

Create your account

Sign up at eksis.io and verify your email address with the code eksis sends you. Channels can only be connected once the address is verified.

Connect a channel

Add your first social account. Connect a channel explains the dialog, and each network has its own page with what it asks of you.

Schedule your first post

Open the composer, pick the channel, write the post, and choose when it goes out. See Create and schedule a post.

Answer people

Replies to your posts show up in the inbox. See The inbox, then Automations when the same questions keep coming.

Get help

In the app, open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Help & support. From there you can ask on the eksis Discord, send a private request with Contact support, and follow your requests under My requests. You can also write to support@eksis.io.
