X
Connect an X account. X starts on Starter and uses X credits.
A connected X account can publish text, photo, and video posts, and replies to it arrive in the inbox.
Before you start
- X needs a paid plan. On Free, the X card reads "Included from Starter".
- X charges eksis for every post, so posts to X use X credits from your plan: 1 for a post without a link, 13 for a post with a link. See Plans and limits.
Connect
Open the dialog
Select + next to Channels in the sidebar, then choose X.
Sign in and approve
Log in to X and approve every permission, including posting on your behalf.
Pick the account
Tick the account on Pick the accounts to connect and choose Connect.
If it does not connect

Good to know
- In the composer, Who can reply sets who may answer the post. X counts a link as 23 characters, so the counter can differ from the text length.
- From the inbox you can answer, like, and hide replies, and each reply you send uses credits. X lets an account delete only its own posts, and eksis does not ask X for access to direct messages.
- Automations do not reply, like, or hide on X, because every request costs credits and an automation runs unattended. Answer from the inbox instead.
- A post to X shows On hold when the workspace runs out of credits. It goes out by itself once credits are added on Settings, Plan and billing.
