Pagination

Collections return data and nextCursor. Pass nextCursor back as cursor to get the next page; null means you have reached the end. Treat a cursor as opaque. It points at the last row of the page, so a walk never skips or repeats a row, even when rows share a timestamp or new ones arrive mid-walk.
